Dreaded Chores
November 10, 2009

I don’t know what it is, but I absolutely dread doing the dishes. I would rather clean the toilets than load the dishwasher. The nasty, food-encrusted plates and slimy goo fermenting in the bowls at the bottom of the sink make my stomach churn. I realize that if I would fill the dishwasher as the dishes get dirty rather than setting them in the sink I wouldn’t have this problem, but that would entail unloading the latest clean batch to do it. I don’t even like to do that, especially if the dishes haven’t set for two days and air-dried. I’m hopeless in regards to this, I know.

What chores do you hate? Do you put them off, only making them worse?
